Public Consultation Meeting March 2015

On 28th March 2015 we held a Drop-In Session at the Village Hall as part of the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee’s (NPSC) programme of Public Consultation. This session presented work undertaken by the NPSC on Future Land Use in the Parish, Site Assessments, a proposed Settlement Boundary, a proposed Cycle Route between Stanford and Faringdon, and the findings from a recent survey conducted amongst Clubs and Societies in the Village. You can view much of the material that was presented by following the links below. The NPSC also sought feedback from the many parishioners who attended the Drop-In Session and that feedback is published in the relevant sections here.

About SITV Parish Neighbourhood Plan

We all want to protect and enhance what is good about our Parish of Stanford in the Vale, improve facilities and services and have a positive influence on future development. A Neighbourhood Plan (NP) is an important way to do this.

It will carry real weight in future planning matters. It can help direct where new homes, shops, offices, leisure facilities, schools and other development should be built and what they should look like.

To learn more about NPs check out the tabs above. You can also see what the VoWH Planning Officers told us under the FAQ tab (Frequently Asked Questions), Follow Us on Twitter for Latest News or Announcements and get in touch via our Contact page.
