Village Festival 16th-17th June

Your Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee presented our latest work at the Village Festival on 16th and 17th June! This showed what we have been doing to gather evidence to support your Neighbourhood Plan. We presented the Wildlife Survey (click to download) conducted by the Stanford Wildlife Assessment Team (SWAT).

We also showed parishioners the School Site Feasibility Study undertaken by Atkins to review the site options if the school needs to relocate during the life of the Neighbourhood Plan. View the background behind these desktop studies and the rationale for the Neighbourhood Plan allocating sites for educational purposes here.

Also view parishioners’ comments on the plans here: Comments from the Village Festival

About SITV Parish Neighbourhood Plan

We all want to protect and enhance what is good about our Parish of Stanford in the Vale, improve facilities and services and have a positive influence on future development. A Neighbourhood Plan (NP) is an important way to do this.

It will carry real weight in future planning matters. It can help direct where new homes, shops, offices, leisure facilities, schools and other development should be built and what they should look like.

To learn more about NPs check out the tabs above. You can also see what the VoWH Planning Officers told us under the FAQ tab (Frequently Asked Questions), Follow Us on Twitter for Latest News or Announcements and get in touch via our Contact page.
