Housing Needs Survey

The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee has commissioned the Oxfordshire Rural Housing Council (ORCC) to conduct a Housing Needs Survey which we have asked you to complete. The survey findings have been published by ORCC and can be downloaded by clicking on the links below:

ORCC – Stanford in the Vale Neighbourhood Plan Housing Survey Report- December 2014

ORCC – Stanford in the Vale NP Housing Report Appendix – December 2014

ORCC are a completely independent body and all the data collected is anonymous and has only been handled and processed by them. The survey findings will be used in the Neighbourhood Plan to help inform us what types of houses are required in our village and parish to accommodate all our residents and their future needs, whether that is self-build ambitions, downsizing, upsizing, retirement and affordable homes, renting or buying.

About SITV Parish Neighbourhood Plan

We all want to protect and enhance what is good about our Parish of Stanford in the Vale, improve facilities and services and have a positive influence on future development. A Neighbourhood Plan (NP) is an important way to do this.

It will carry real weight in future planning matters. It can help direct where new homes, shops, offices, leisure facilities, schools and other development should be built and what they should look like.

To learn more about NPs check out the tabs above. You can also see what the VoWH Planning Officers told us under the FAQ tab (Frequently Asked Questions), Follow Us on Twitter for Latest News or Announcements and get in touch via our Contact page.
